My Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Mic

Well, it all started 3 months ago in september when my wireless mic failed me and I was without a voice in the world of xbox live. 


It's been 3 months and counting and I still have not received my wireless mic.  After 20 calls to 4myxbox and given the run around, I am without a voice.  I have given them the same info over and over, tracking number, phone number and I have received about 10 different confirmation numbers.


I will let you know how long Microsoft takes to send me my new microphone, even though, in my opinion, my request means nothing to them sine one mic is like pocket change to Bill Gates. 


My clan friends are probably thinking that I don't want to talk to them, but the truth is that Microsoft dropped the ball on this one.  I will take a wild guess that this is not the first time this has happened to someone. 


A wireless mic is sssooooooo important to a gamer, but what does Microsoft know about that?

Well, its been another frustrating week without a mic. I never thought that playing games online without a mic was so neccessary to a gamer, but Microsoft (Bill Gates) does not see it the same way as it has been over 3 months and I have not received my mic. Tomorrow is the "12 working day", Microsoft said to wait for my mic to be delivered. I can see my self on the phone with Microsoft, listening to their lies about why my mic has not been delivered. Who knows, I am beyond belief. Check out my poll too.

Update:

I called Microsoft again to follow up for the 20th time. Previously they had told me that it would be delivered within 5 days. This time that I called it was going to take 8 to 12 days to be delivered, then I said well today is the 8th day and no mic has been delivered. Then the representative said well sir, it's going to take 8 to 12 WORKING days:

Now, I have to wait 8 to 12 WORKING days, so I should get my mic no later than December the 6th. I have a feeling that Microsoft yet again is giving me the run around.

Why don't I buy another mic, you may ask yourself. Well, I see that it's Microsoft's responsability to provide me with a mic, since I already spent enough on two of them.

I will keep all of you updated when I do or not receive my mic.

Ouch dude. All i can say is that global and corporate organisations are the first one to take our money and sell cheaply made items, but they are the last person to help sort out the problems.
I take it you are not going to buy a new headset, to avoid aggrovation. Just hang in there. :)
